Business Exchange and Returns
Return and Exchange Policy:
- We don't accept worn, washed, or damaged goods.
- There is a 60 day window for returns and exchanges. If you're past the 60 days and the product was just lying there, don't hesitate to contact us. It's not as big of a deal as the first rule.
- Best practice is to email us first at Wholesale@NinthIsle.com before sending it back. It reduces confusion and speeds up all processes.
- Always include a brief instruction in the package. It's nice and really helps.
