Exchange / Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@ninthisle.com and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you. For all returns, the recepient is responsible for the cost associated with the return shipping. If the return is approved after the product(s) have been received, please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to return to the original payment method. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your financial institution directly.
All items must be in returned in the following conditions for exchanges / returns:
1. Item(s) is unwashed
2. Item(s) have not been worn
3. All original contents are included with the original invoice and additional note explaining exchange / return (i.e "Exchange size, exchange color, reason of exchange")

If the above conditions are not met, an exchange / return may be deemed invalid and the return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
International Exchange / Returns
All costs associated with any returns and exchanges are the receipient's responsibility. Kindly note that the cost to exchange or return products back to us may exceed the intial order total.
