We use Paypal and therefore have no records of credit card numbers or any information regarding a credit card.

3. Order (Purchase) information
Information regarding your order will not be shared with any third party without legitimate reason(s). 
Order (Purchase) information may be used in surveys and as reference between involved parties. 

4. Contact Information
We care about customer privacy and will not release  contact information such as mailing or billing addresses to third parties except for companies contracted on our behalf to perform services or observational studies. Contact information may be held in records for future reference for these purposes. Internet addresses are also protected and will not be used for promotional purposes.
