During these difficult times, Ninth Isle is pivoting to help supply everyone with face masks to protect themselves and each other. We are doing our best to ensure that all items are shipped with expediency for all orders, especially those for essential workers.
Shipping: Ninth Isle always offers a free shipping option to anywhere in the US, including territories. Options may be available for shipping upgrades.
Returns & Exchanges - MASK ONLY: No returns or exchanges are allowed for safety products. In order to produce safety products, Ninth Isle must be stringent in all dealings to keep everything sanitary and safe. If you have any doubts or are unsure of any details, you are always welcome to contact us at service@ninthisle.com to make sure the product is right before purchasing.

Orders will take no more than 7 business days after cleared payment to ship an order.
If an item is an unable to ship within the promised 7 days, you will be notified and given options for further proceedings.
If an item is not received due to a mistake on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange.
Exchange / Return Policy
Exchanges / Returns are accepted under the following conditions
1. Item(s) is in resalable condition
2. Item(s) have not been worn
3. All original contents are included with an additional letter explaining exchange / return (i.e "Exchange size, exchange color, reason of exchange")
*If an exchange/return is deemed invalid, return shipping is paid by buyer

Due to the nature of overseas shipping, all packages are automatically insured for 100% value.
